Due to recent changes in Florida law, employers can now offer health insurance to their employees at little or no cost to the employer. An employer can now offer Major Medical, Hospital / Medical / Surgical plans to his or her employees at much more affordable prices. In addition, these plans are flexible and they can be tailored to the employees needs and budget. In many cases the premiums can be deducted before taxes, thus saving money for both the employee and the employer.
